This product is formulated to safeguard against wear and to rejuvenate and mend power steering boosters and other hydraulic equipment. It boasts 20% more active agents than XADO gel-revitalizant for Power Steering Pumps, significantly enhancing its ability to restore worn surfaces and provide superior wear protection. Throughout treatment, the product forms a protective metal-ceramic coating on tilting, actuating mechanisms, and switchgears (valve spindles), thereby aiding in the restoration of hydraulic equipment's operational characteristics.

Despite regular maintenance efforts, prolonged exposure to high heat and friction can lead to metal wear, scratching, and deformation within power steering systems over time. This wear primarily affects surface layers in high-friction zones, where extreme loads can cause clusters of atoms to detach, resulting in surface layer destruction. Until now, there has been no effective method to reverse this inevitable metal wear process.

Application Instructions: For hydraulic systems with a capacity of 1-2 liters, introduce the contents of one tube or can into the warmed hydraulic fluid within the power steering pump tank. After application and engine start-up, allow 2-3 minutes before operating the steering wheel continuously for 5 minutes. The revitalization process completes after the mechanism has operated for approximately 50 hours or around 950 miles. Note: It is advisable to dissolve the product in approximately 50 ml of used hydraulic fluid before application. If the fluid in the power steering pump tank appears contaminated (opaque or discolored), replace it before applying the product.

Dosage Guidelines: Oil System Capacity: - 1-2 liters = 1 syringe (8 ml) - 2-5 liters = 2 syringes - 5-8 liters = 3 syringes
