XADO Gel-Revitalizant for Small Engines

The Gel-Revitalizant for Small Engines is designed to restore, repair, and provide wear-out protection for engine parts with a volume up to 61 in 3, with either combined or separate fuel systems. It can be applied to a variety of small engines, including motor bikes, motorcycles, wave runners, and consumer electronics such as grass mowers, chain saws, engine grinders, perforators, and drills. The product ensures a triple effect: repair, protection, and savings.

The general characteristics of the cermet coating include a microhardness of 750 kg/mm2, high corrosion resistance, and a roughness Ra of up to 0.06 μm. The treatment procedure for small engines with combined fuel and oil systems involves the following steps:

Step 1: Squeeze the content of one sachet into a full fuel tank. It is recommended to first dissolve the sachet's content in the oil or fuel, at temperatures above 68°F. Start the engine and let it idle for at least 2 minutes, then run it in a regular mode. Step 2: Repeat Step 1 when refilling the fuel tank. Step 3: Repeat Step 2.

For small engines with separate fuel and oil systems, the treatment procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Warm up the engine to the working temperature. Squeeze the content of one sachet into the oil tank's filler. Start the engine and let it idle for at least 2 minutes, then run it in a regular mode. Step 2: Repeat Step 1 after 93-155 miles of motorcycle run or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent to 120-150 miles). Step 3: Repeat Step 1 once again after 93-155 miles of motorcycle run or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent to 120-150 miles).

The compound is equally effective for any two- and four-cycle engines. The processing is considered complete after no less than 932 miles or 20 hours of engine operation. It is not necessary to change the oil in four-cycle engines before the processing. If the engine volume is more than 61 in3, double the dose.
